It was very informative workshop. I thought I knew almost everything about the PPRA Rules but I have to admit that I have learned a few things which I already did not know.Dr. Irfan Ahmed is very knowledgeable person and I believe an authority on the PPRA Rules and Regulation.  

It was my pleasure to attend workshop on procurement by Dr. Ifran Ahmed. The Lecture was very educative and will surely help all participants in their assigned duties.The trainer is a well reputed, learned and gifted with communication skills.
