Dr.Irfan is a fully competent trainer,open to questions.He answers all the queries of the participants to their entire satisfaction.

It was very informative workshop. I thought I knew almost everything about the PPRA Rules but I have to admit that I have learned a few things which I already did not know.Dr. Irfan Ahmed is very knowledgeable person and I believe an authority on the PPRA Rules and Regulation.  

I am very pleased to attend this workshop.It is indeed a great job done by Dr.Irfan and his team to conduct regular workshops on diffrent areas of Public procurement  for the awareness of procuring agencies as well as for suppliers and contractors.

It was a good learning opportunity for the staff of Allama Iqbal Medical College,Lahore.We will implement PPRA rules in true spirit in all our procuerments.Other institutions should also organize such events.

Very valuable workshop on mis-procurement and observing standard procurement procedure in procurement process using public money.Very thoughtful deliberation made by Dr.Irfan. The method of teaching is found very effective.
